If you choose to pay by check or Electronic Fund Transfer, you can use the 'Contact Us' tab at the bottom of this page.  In the Message section include the number you would like to order.  

    You will hear back from us via email and be able to submit the P.O. as an attachment after that.   The email used to submit  Purchase Orders is isarllc@yahoo.com. 

     The Purchase order should include the number of Call Balls you want, the shipping address, the email and physical address of the financially responsible party (usually your Accounts Payable Department), and the name and department for the point of contact to receive the Call Balls (usually the ED Director or Hospital/Facility Safety Director). 

 Once I have your purchase order I will send the Invoice with the amount, taxes, and shipping to your Accounts Payable (AP) department for processing, I realize that it takes time to AP to generate the check, as long as I know it is being processed by an AP dept. at an established hospital, healthcare organization, or healthcare facility then I will ship the order to you.
